Marguerite Clark
Both of Marguerite Clark's parents died when she was a young girl, leaving her in the care of her older sister, Cora. Marguerite began a singing career in order to help support herself and her sister, gaining the attention of DeWolf Hopper, with whom she performed in both of her Seattle appearances. Marguerite went on to have a successful silent film career.
